Mysql Daemon failed to start and no mysql.sock found error.

If you cannot start mysqld “Mysql Daemon failed to start” and no mysql.sock in /var/lib/mysql/ , try this “/usr/libexec/mysqld –skip-grant-tables”. What happened was I closed my console with doing “flush privileges”..
